The Unity Create Operations Data & Analytics Team is growing! We're looking for an analytics implementation specialist to join our team and supporting our collective efforts in web measurement, marketing, and supervising key business health metrics. You will work very closely with cross-functional business partners, engineers, product marketers and performance marketing team members.

Your skills in Javascript and understanding of front-end web, will prove useful, in addition to experience with Google Tag Manager. In addition, a great understanding of different marketing channels commonly used in reaching our audiences, will be useful in this role! Being that we serve the Create organization within Unity, we work multi-functionally in building relationships across teams. Your positive outlook and relationship-building abilities lead to rewarding collaborative opportunities with partners across Unity. These include Unity's marketing, engineering, web analytics and central data platform teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Helping with implementing measurement strategy across Unity's digital properties
  • Implementing and maintaining tracking tags (Google Analytics)
  • Creating tools used in automating tasks with Apps Script and GTM/GA APIs
  • Working multi-functionally across teams and with business partners across Unity.

What we're looking for

  • Ability to understand measurement requirements and execute tagging strategy working in tandem with internal dev teams
  • Experienced in delivering results on-time with respect to SLA’s and managing expectations via JIRA
  • Effective troubleshooting, problem solving skills and escalation management
  • Ability to go from issue to root cause analysis and recommended solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the different marketing channels and attribution techniques

You may also have

  • Experience with Google Apps Script and third party APIs
  • Skills in building and maintaining Google Data Studio dashboards, SQL language skills, and some experience with BigQuery is a bonus
  • Experience with Create and maintain Looker dashboards, knowledge of MarTech platforms and paid media tactics
