As a Partner Account Manager in Unity’s Channel Partnerships organization, you will join a dynamic team responsible for building and cultivating long-term relationships with Unity’s current and prospective channel partners across the globe.

You will be our main partners liaison in EMEA, playing a vital role in the revenue growth through our channel partners network. You will work with reselling partners to establish and track business goals and performance metrics, such as depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation. You will also be a major contributor and accountable for developing new resellers and enabling them to perform.

You will own the regional channel relationships end to end, drive the practice of best-in-class partner account management, and accelerate revenue growth. This role demands strong strategic planning skill, a passion for excellence in sales, and a desire to make a real impact on the growing and high-visibility team at Unity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned partners, marshalling resources to drive them to success
  • Coordinate with regional business development leads to drive the success of growth strategies
  • Conduct annual business planning and quarterly business review with assigned partners, holding them accountable for KPIs throughout the calendar year
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners
  • Guide partner participation in enablement and marketing activities
  • Assist partners with creating value-added tools, integrations, and training around Unity’s products and services
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams around channel partnerships to enable partners access

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Software as a Service business
  • Significant experience in channel sales, and building growth plans with partners
  • Demonstrable history of success in account management roles with a strong relationship management ability
  • Ability to build and execute upon a sales territory plan and history of exceeding quota
  • Flawless English in written and verbal communication, and no restrictions on traveling internationally (when we can)

Bonus Points

  • Strong understanding of potential applications for real-time 3D technology in various industries
  • Strong experience in growing SaaS reseller revenue
  • Experience in working for EMEA regional management role
  • Proficiency in other European languages are a plus
