Using the power of Unity, we help our clients realize their vision across games, entertainment and technology verticals. We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to ensure our solutions are surpassing Unity’s own quality bar on behalf of the customers we represent!
Our QA Manager will provide leadership our Quality Analysts, supporting our global development teams. As a QA Manager, you will drive our quality roadmap, prioritizing your team’s results, retention and well-being.
What you’ll be doing
Improve quality practices via upskilling of staff through learning, mentoring and training
Cultivate continuous improvement in Quality culture, equipment, tools and process
Staying on top of the latest developments in Software Quality, including attendance at key conferences, seminars, and meet-ups with peers in the industry
Hands-on mentality! we need someone able to step in as a dedicated project QA Lead, or guide multiple projects at an oversight level
Partner with Unity external delivery team to meet Quality Assurance contracting needs
What we’re looking for
Experience managing 6-8 people
Experience in the gaming industry
Able to identify projects at quality risk, applying appropriate mitigation strategy
Experience owning QA staffing plans for all projects in the Americas region

Champion teamwork and collaboration between Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance
Experience in Software Engineering
Shipped multiple titles on console platforms and/or using the Unity Engine.
