The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to join our team.

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing our product management team, driving the overall product strategy, and ensuring successful product development and delivery, with a specific focus on Salesforce and Commerce/Billing solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and professional services, to align product roadmaps with business goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering innovative and outstanding products, deep knowledge of Salesforce and Commerce/Billing systems, and a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and business goals, with a focus on Salesforce and Commerce/Billing solutions.

  • Drive the creation and maintenance of the Salesforce and Billing product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities, customer needs, and market trends.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Salesforce and Billing solutions, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution and effective project management.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and challenges specific to Salesforce and Commerce/Billing.

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align Salesforce and Billing product strategy with business goals and ensure successful product launches.

  • Define and oversee key product metrics and performance indicators for Salesforce and Billing solutions, evaluating the success and impact of product initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Product management experience, with at least five years in a leadership role, specifically focused on Salesforce and Commerce/Billing solutions.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
