Job Description

As a Talent Development Specialist Intern, you will support the team in promoting the company’s talent strategy by organizing and coordinating various talent programs and initiatives. These efforts are aimed at developing the skills and competencies of our high-performing team members in the long run. This role will report to the Talent Management Lead.

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate and manage learning & development programs by handling scheduling, co-ordination, attendance tracking, feedback analysis and maintaining our internal Learning Management System platform.

  • Identify and liaise with internal and external vendors to deliver best-in-class training programs.

  • Create communications and newsletters to effectively market and promote learning programs.

  • Support the studio training needs analysis to develop and enhance our learning & development programs and initiatives.

  • Assist with the launch and communication preparation of the studio’s team health, eg. employee engagement survey, health pulse surveys.

  • Connect and share best practices with our global network of studios to promote continuous learning.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • A Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or related field

  • Interest and passion in HR, people development and engagement

  • Ability to approach learning programs with creativity and innovation

  • Independent worker with a proactive problem-solving mindset

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Able to commit a minimum of 6 months on a full-time basis
