The Talent Acquisition &Internal Mobility advisors play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, evaluating and selecting top external and internal talent for the organization. As internal mobility advisors, they play a critical role in facilitating career growth and development opportunities for employees within the company leveraging their deep knowledge of the communities of expertise they staff and the specific needs of projects.
What you'll do
Develop staffing strategies and selection processes to meet hiring needs of all zone studios.
Support and guide managers to meet their staffing needs, acting as a trusted advisor with regards to talent selection.
Guide candidates and employees through the selection process + document interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations.

What you bring
Talent Mapping: TA&IM advisors should have a deep understanding of the organization's existing talent pool and skill sets to match internal candidates to suitable roles. They should be up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in job market dynamics to refine staffing strategies.
Candidate Assessment & Selection: Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills & experience to determine their suitability for specific roles. They are skilled at creating structured selection processes including effective interviews and evaluating candidate responses.
Organizational Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the company's structure, departments, functions, and roles is essential. Advisors should be able to identify potential matches between candidate skills and openings. They need to provide guidance on how employees can advance and transition within the company relying on tools and frameworks developed specifically for career development.
Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate compensation packages and job offers to secure top candidates while respecting internal equity and C&B guidelines. Additionally, internal mobility often involves convincing employees to take a priority role that may not be an employee’s preferred option. Advisors should have the skills to negotiate staffing options with employees in such scenarios to secure company priorities.
Feedback Management: Providing constructive feedback to candidates and employees in a professional and constructive manner, regardless of the outcome.
