The Role

As a Producer, you’ll thrive on creating the strategy on multiple core project features using your project management skills and communicating effectively, leading Associate Producers across various teams.

To you, it's about ensuring your people are valued. You’re an effective leader who uses your vast knowledge and experience to guide and mentor your team to success. You’ll have amazing Associate Producers who will facilitate the plans, your role will be planning, strategising and implementing those processes.

As a Producer at Ubisoft, you will keep the endgame in focus as you drive the production of the world's most epic titles. Clearing the road and building bridges across disciplines will keep the production moving from conception to completion.

What you'll bring

  • Considerable project management experience in project management and extensive knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with the ability to create production plans, processes and strategies to drive forward development.

  • Experience project managing cross-functional teams.

  • Energetic and Creative solutions for Complex Issues.

  • Support the day-to-day management of Production team members and be a mentor to less experienced members of the group, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

  • In-depth knowledge of the video game market, qualities of leadership and/or knowledge of technology.
