Job Description
About the role
The Procurement Department is in charge of acquiring goods and services for Ubisoft. Its main missions are:
Definition and streamlining of needs
Negotiation tactics and Purchasing Strategy definition
Supplier relationship management
Internal and external application of signed contracts
Supply management process mastery
These Objectives are valuable for all Procurement employees. Production External Service (PES) Buyer is supporting one of Ubisoft’s core business, services related to game production.
What you will do
Understand internal outsourcing process and needs.
Supplier relationship management, including but not limited to monthly resource investigation, new supplier sourcing, cost management, performance management.
Work with Outsourcing team and Finance team to make sure the contract and payment can be done in a timely manner.
Work with Outsourcing team for vendor analysis, from cost and work efficiency perspective.
Be responsible for outsourcing relevant paper work including but not limited to contract preparation, payment summary, monthly vendor management report
Work with internal department to provide strong support to Production Team, including but not limited to, testing, security audit and etc.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
Business Administration or Supplychain Management Bachelor degree
2-5 years relevant experience
A team player
Fluent in oral and written English
Have a passion for gaming
CIPS or CPSM certified is a plus
