Job Description

What you will do

  • Make that the language in all tested items is accurate linguistically, and check in game for typos, grammatical errors, and punctuation.

  • Accurately report bugs found and/or suggest ways to improve the localized text. · Verify again that suggested text changes or bug fixes are applied correctly and have resolved the issues that were first reported.

  • Establish a strong working rapport with the team's linguists and other LQA specialists. Effective communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

  • Native Japanese speaker

  • Passion for 3A game and game localization

  • Able to work in English environment and make basic communication in English

  • Fast learner, good interpersonal skills, and teamwork oriented

  • Proficient in MS office products

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus points

  • Excellent oral or written English or Chinese

  • Familiarize with Ubisoft games

  • Willing to work in China (we can provide working visa if you choose to work onsite Ubisoft Chengdu Studio)
