Job Description
About the role:
The Shanghai studio is looking for a financial planning analyst to become a key member of the dynamic and growing Finance team. You will support the management team on project R&D financial planning, P&L analysis, and budget optimization. You will participate in the daily operation of the finance process and organization, in direct communication with the production team, global R&D FP team, and studio employees.
What you will do:
Prepare monthly report and analysis on CODEV project budget
Monthly tracking and analysis on CODEV costs
Leading rolling forecast for CODEV budget
Leading review meeting with local production team
Be the POC of CODEV projects, connecting with Lead studios
Be the process owner of Shanghai studio's resources planning and time management, including monthly Timesheet tracking and verifying
Participation on financial dashboard set up for management review, improving the reporting process and work flow
Qualifications
What you should be equipped with
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree with major in Finance/accounting or Major business school
Minimum 3 years working experiences, preferably 2 years in FP&A position
International environment experience or abroad studies are required
Experience with PeopleSoft, PCM, HFM, Microstategy, Hyperion system
Excellent Excel skill is required
Profound ability in financial data analysis and reporting
Strong ability to organize and facilitate cross-departmental meeting
Nice to Have
Has work experience in Game/IT Industry
Experience with Power BI or Tableau
