As an Esports Product Manager at Ubi MTL, you’ll join to Rainbow Six team to help create and define the future of R6 esports.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with other product managers to produce ground-breaking experiences with a global reach, aligned with defined communication goals.
  • Create and communicate a clear vision for the Six Invitational, R6’s flagship event, to interdependent teams across Ubisoft, in collaboration with the R6 development team.
  • Manage all aspects of event production for the Six Invitational, including conceptualizing, designing, planning, (event briefs, milestone and production schedules, venue and vendor selection, scenography, logistics, etc.), and executing.
  • Establish event KPIs + drive detailed post-event analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate all event aspects, like processes and procedures, to improve quality, cost, and time.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Around 5 years of events, marketing, project or product management, or esports experience (or other relevant experience)
  • Experience planning large-scale events
  • A degree in Marketing or Business (or related training)
  • Critical thinking + the desire to own and drive team efforts
  • The capacity to manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and navigate changes
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and French and English communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A collaborative and innovative spirit
  • Developed interpersonal skills that allow you to build solid relationships with internal and external partners

A few pluses:

  • A passion for esports, Rainbow Six Siege and its community, and Ubisoft
  • Experience managing a team
  • Previous experience working in the video game industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of esports with an understanding of broadcast production
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence
