Job Description

As part of the Content Creators Team within Ubisoft Global Publishing, you as a Creator Platform Manager will become a true expert of the Ubisoft Creators Program (UCP) aimed at mass recruitment and engagement of all types of creators and serving as a central touchpoint for creators and as a central creator database for global and local creator teams. You will be a go-to person for best practices and guidelines on how to leverage the dedicated creators’ platform capabilities behind UCP, including always-on creator revenue sharing programs, to successfully engage our creator partners and support our games throughout their entire life cycles, while identifying opportunities to improve platform capabilities, creators’ and business experience further with the help of stakeholders and experts across Ubisoft. In this role you will be part of a large-scale project in a highly dynamic international environment, regularly interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including third-party partners, game teams and studios, and global cross-functional teams like finance, accounting, legal, and the global creators team.

Your missions will include:

  • Expertise and support for UCP activations:

    • Act as an expert and consultant, providing strategic insights and guidance on leveraging platform capabilities.

    • Partner with creators’ campaign managers, brand program leads, and other stakeholders to build and coordinate UCP activations and pulse points calendar.

    • Contribute to improving operations framework, processes, documentation, and guidelines.

    • Offer guidance and support to creator managers in navigating and using the platform.

    • Identify opportunities to promote the UCP externally and participate in building marketing and communications plans.

  • Building compelling revenue share offer to creators:

    • Develop and evolve a competitive commission framework and structure in collaboration with finance, monetization, and brand teams.

    • Implement and run always-on Creator Codes programs to stimulate engagement and achieve KPI goals, in partnership with Creator Campaigns, Store, EP/brand, and studio teams.

    • Create high-quality communication materials to support Ubisoft Creator Codes operations and maximize creator recruitment.

    • Provide clear communications and regular updates to partner creators on program changes.

  • Securing tech capabilities and process framework:

    • Advocate and support the implementation of scalable tech capabilities on the Ubisoft Creators platform.

    • Develop and improve UCP & Creator Codes program campaigns framework, processes, documentation, and guidelines.

    • Provide feedback and ideas for improving the creator platform and contribute to technical documentation and how-to guides.

  • Performing business analysis and benchmarking:

    • Provide regular reports on the overall state of the UCP, its operations, and Creator Codes programs.

    • Leverage performance data to advise counterparts on best practices around UCP campaigns.

    • Regularly evaluate the success of the creator codes programs, generating reports on key metrics and providing insightful feedback to stakeholders.

    • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to adapt the UCP and Creator Codes programs to the evolving landscape.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

  • Strong coordination and planning skills, with a big-picture mindset.

  • Interest and knowledge in content creators, influencers, and social media in the video games industry.

  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns planning and execution.

  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and willing to continuously improve.

  • Strong analytical mindset and project management skills.

  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
