Within the Ubisoft HQ teams, you will join the IT department more specifically the Publishing Service Department to provide support for CRM and Media applications. Your role will be to independently support end users on internal application related incidents and requests, while maintaining communication & training throughout the troubleshooting and resolution process.

The responsibilities of this position are primarily focused on providing functional support to internal clients using marketing and media applications (our largest application being Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a homemade product).

Your main mission:

  • Provide functional support to existing users, investigate problems encountered (data problem, access, configuration, bugs …).

  • Work on the different types of tickets (incidents, problems, requests) and provide resolutions within the framework of internally defined SLAs, with a focus on long-term solutions.

  • Effectively use support processes and tools (i.e.: self-service interface, ticketing tool, internal knowledge base etc.)

  • Provide status updates and manage customer expectations throughout the incident/problem/request lifecycle.

  • Provide training for key and end users, providing a global vision of an integrated system.

  • Contribute to the creation and updating of functional documentation and documentation intended for end users.

  • Create and review SQL queries essential for our campaigns

  • Perform regular system monitoring for the tools within our ecosystem

  • Previous experience in IT projects

  • Experience with Salesforce products

  • Working within a product / IT team

  • Good written and oral knowledge of English.

  • SQL knowledge and API understanding

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge
