The Role
As the Accessibility Project Manager for a new project, you will play a key role in scoping, developing and implementing diversity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives and processes to support the creative vision. You will leverage relationship building, collaboration, and a solution-focused approach to support content creators across the development team in creating authentic and compelling content, and making sure that it can be enjoyed by as many players as possible. Your role involves partnering with internal teams and external experts to unlock the potential of key inclusive initiatives in our content, ensuring user needs are met, and uniting stakeholders behind this vision with clear advocacy and context.
At Ubisoft, you will directly impact the market reception and success of our games. Your passion and insight around diversity and accessibility topics will contribute from iteration to implementation. Demonstrate leading diversity & inclusion initiatives within games or interactive entertainment.
Proven abilities with key stakeholder management, conflict management, and constructive feedback.
Project Management experience, with a focus on delivery.
Knowledge of video game production and lifecycles, ideally in AAA.
Able to drive third-party relations with subject matter experts (desirable).
