We are looking for an experienced talent manager who possesses strong relationships and will find win-win opportunities with the industry’s leading figures and personalities. Responsibilities:

  • Identify, scout and sign musicians, relevant social media influencers and creators.
  • Negotiate with digital creators and their representation, lawyers, agents and managers and draft contracts with new and existing talent and work with Legal to ensure they’re executed quickly and smartly.
  • Facilitate the talent on-boarding process from lead to partnered creator, ensuring they are set up properly for payments, put into the queue for optimization process, and the creator direction/planning.
  • Manage a roster of top talent serving as point of contact – constantly growing and maintaining relationships.
  • Provide world-class creator support, channel growth and optimization services, strategic plans content analysis and reporting.
  • Recommend and suggest talent pairings with brand campaigns and talent collaborations
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in the gaming industry focused on talent relations, social media services, or other areas of the industry directly relevant to this role
  • Thorough understanding of top creators
  • Expertise and interest in the YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and social media space
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and go above and beyond
  • Strong relationship-building skills and are apt to see win-win opportunities
  • Expert ability to professionally communicate via phone, email, text message, and in-person
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and be solutions-oriented.
  • Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines.
  • Well-organized, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
  • Research skills required.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.
