About the Role

The Senior Program Manager, Community role exists within Twitch's Creator Expansion team, part of the Partnerships organization. You will use your experience working with creators to support non-traditional streamers using Creator Clubs, a new program to bring like-minded creators together. You will set up and run education and engagement programs. You work with internal partners to determine best practices for recruitment and retention of Club members. You will report to the Community Team Lead, within Creator Expansion.You can work in San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY.

You Will:

  • Drive recruitment and selection for specific creator types under the Creator Clubs Program

  • Implement creator-centric programs through scaled education and engagement programs

  • Represent Twitch in both virtual and in-person environments, being an advocate for the interests of Twitch creators in each Club

You Have:

  • 5+ years of developing and marketing engagement campaigns targeted at creators

  • Experience of community management, with an objective to grow and empower the community over time.

  • Analytical skills to test and evaluate new ways for creators to interact with Twitch and other creators at scale.

  • Track record of scaled program design, development and execution.

Bonus Points

  • You are currently a creator, ideally with experience of live streaming

  • Experience of event planning and management

  • Familiarity with online communities and social platforms

  • Speaks a major European language (aside from English)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
