About the Role:

Twitch is looking for a Manager, Product Operations who will collaborate closely with sales, planning, marketing, product, pricing, business operations, client success, and other cross-functional teams to shape how advertisers find success with Twitch’s advertising product suite. The Manager, Product Operations is highly invested in process, SOPs, calendars, collaboration, milestones, and due dates. This person will need to have high attention to detail, work autonomously, have relentless organization and prioritization, and exhibit exceptional judgement. Supporting both Twitch and Amazon Advertising sales teams, your in-depth knowledge of digital advertising solutions and digital ad tech, combined with your strong communication skills and analytical abilities, will allow you to identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and continuously improve product operations at Twitch. You will report to the Director of Sales Planning and lead in-market commercialization, market analysis, customer product needs assessments, sales support, and customer feedback to promote product adoption among all of Twitch’s customers.

You Will:

  • Develop strong relationships and trust across Sales, Planning, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing & Yield, Business Operations, Client Success, and Enablement to build, execute, and optimize the GTM operations of Twitch’s ad products
  • Define vision, set team and individual goals, and own the operational strategy required to successfully drive in-market product commercialization
  • Hire, lead, and enable a high-performing team to deliver against goals by providing 1:1 support as well as guidance on how to best drive product adoption with advertisers
  • Propose and implement the operational processes and workstream improvements needed to support Twitch ad products at scale
  • Educate internal sales teams and prospective customers on advertising products through calls, trainings, and presentations
  • Collaborate with Amazon sellers to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Planning & Packaging team to inform and develop sellable packages around our ad products that best meet the needs of prospective clients
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to advise and support advertiser solutions training for the Amazon EAS sales team
  • Support go-to-market strategy for mass solution adoption and summarize vast amounts of information into succinct product documentation to be used internally and externally
  • Operate as the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal teams in developing and prioritizing the advertiser solutions product roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional experience in product development or operations
  • Familiarity with advertising products, digital video, and ad serving technologies
  • Previous experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Customer-facing experience in advertising sales and/or product implementations
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior people management experience
  • GTM Operations experience within with online or video advertising
  • Previous experience at a startup or high growth environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and shifting business priorities
