Summary: The position of senior compliance engineer is responsible for working as part of the engineering team to take care of products’ EMC/RF/Safety/environmental regulations to ensure TB products are fully compatible with all essential legislations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take a role on NPI projects to cooperate with the internal team, MPA, 3rd party lab to ensure all compliance applications can be done on time.
  • Troubleshooting of compliance issues.
  • Check the latest regulation rules
  • Review of the legal requirements of the labels/QIG/Package
  • Track Status
  • Schedule control/management
  • Compliance cost evaluation
  • Maintain the database to make sure the standards/certificates expiry date.
  • Manage hazardous substance control of products, including RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, and other applicable standards and regulations, and look for opportunities to improve the management of environmental product compliance regulations.
  • Familiar with EMC/RF/Safety certifications

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in product compliance project management.
  • Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Work experience in Lab is a plus.
  • Fluent English writing/reading skill is a must.
  • Fluent English listening/speaking skill is plus.
