Position Summary: Director, Product Marketing

  • Full time, 100% remote.

  • Own the product strategic vision, including player engagement, multi-channel campaigns, cross product promotion, telemetry and global analytics, and accelerate sales and publishing through your product marketing leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and advise C-Suite on product marketing strategies.
  • Manage the team of product marketing managers who are the core, title-specific marketing leads driving growth for their products.
  • Work with studios & business units to ensure the broader strategy, vision, and promise to the players are reflected in the work of the product marketers.
  • Block and tackle internal and external barriers keeping the product marketers from realizing their go-live dates, campaign goals, and creative optimization levers.
  • Work within Marketing and across business units to perpetuate the brand and franchise vision from studio to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You're a dynamic leader and understand the opportunity ahead of the Product Marketing group building something from the ground up.
  • Manage non-User Acquisition budgets across titles.
  • Work closely with leadership, finance, studio heads and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and enable a happy and high performing team to guide new processes, innovation and strategies that enhance our marketing capabilities.
  • Ensure key titles have appropriate GTM strategies and plans in place to drive market maximization and revenue including regional nuances.
  • Mentor and support a growth mindset in the team to promote innovation and maximize opportunities.
  • Evangelize for the team and their abilities and give visibility to the work of the PMMs throughout TLM.
  • Partner with key leaders across the company to define and drive product marketing strategies for various corporate needs and programs.
  • Responsible for the growth and mentoring of our product marketing team including goal-setting, career pathing, training and development.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience, with a proven track record in brand or product marketing management.
  • Excellence in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and executives.
  • Passion for gaming and game creators, building player connections, and having fun.
  • Expertise in product marketing within the video game industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with C-level executives and cross functional team leadership.
  • Experience working with or directly managing a team focused on revenue goals.
  • Experience working with creative production resources.
  • Expertise for identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and problem solving.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, along with very strong organizational and management ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-impact work.
  • Ability to weave multiple communications programs into a cohesive story.
  • Strong people manager with demonstrated experience leading, motivating and mentoring teams and working collaboratively with colleagues and peers.
