WHO WE ARE. Tiny Wizard is studio born in 2020 with the ambitious goal to create new and innovative multiplayer games in the mobile game space. We are currently working on our first title, a real time multiplayer game set in a fantasy world due to be released in the second half of 2023.

THIS ROLE. The ideal candidate will be the creative and motivational foundation of the Art team and will have passion and a proven track record of leading the visual direction on successful mobile titles.

LOCATION. This role is fully remote.

Main Responsibilities

Define a clear, cohesive creative vision for the game.
Ensure all visual aspects of the game (environments, characters, animation, maps, lighting, FX, and UI) are stylistically aligned.
Establish a long-term vision for the development of our characters, cultures, environments, and lore across multiple content expansions and supporting media.
Build and manage an art team of talented professionals.
Identify and manage external partners to ensure that our artistic quality goals are met.
Create and maintain a roadmap and timetable for asset production.
Define and refine processes and workflows throughout the art team.

Profile

At least 5 years of professional experience as Art Director
Experience working on mobile games and f2p
An art portfolio that demonstrates the ability to make art that’s in line with the top mobile games in the industry
Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience of successful collaboration with cross functional teams
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business goals
Passion for mobile gaming
