Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive archival of projects and related data management for analysis and maintain continuing knowledge of short video/Livestreaming.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across content, product, engineering, and marketing teams, helping inform the product vision and ensuring strategic alignment on Entertainment & Game content growth and engagement initiatives
  • Monitor in-app trends and data sources, drawing insights to drive adoption and creation from high value brands and institution.
  • Attend stakeholder and partner meetings to be across all priorities and next steps. 5. Have deep dive on digital content innovations for Entertainment & Game industry, aims to lead the content trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in communications/Journalism or other related fields;
  • Experience in audience development and/or content insights within similar industry;
  • Strong analytical skills and data conceptualization skills, including comfort with Excel, ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions;
  • Highly organized, proactive project manager;
  • Team player, excellent communication skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization;
  • Passion for user-generated content and understanding of popular culture( entertainment, music, trends, media) and storytelling;
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Even Better If:

  • Experience working with international partners;
  • Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and/or millennials brands;
  • Experience working in a fast-changing, hands-on work environment.
  • Understanding of production and networking infrastructure, and their intersections.
