Thomas College is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the position of Head Esports Coach. This is a full-time 12-month position with a salary range between $48,000-$52,000. This individual will be responsible for the management and administration of an established Esports program. Duties will consist of but are not limited to the management, coaching, and recruiting of multiple rosters across different Esports game titles.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The candidate must have expertise in one, if not multiple Esports titles including Call of Duty, Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Overwatch 2, and Rocket League. Previous coaching and recruiting experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is essential. The candidate will have the ability to work as a team member in the department of athletics and the college community.
