Job Title: Manager, Graphic Arts

Job Summary: Manager of a team supporting the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This role will manage the production of TCG marketing and e-commerce assets for both print and digital use, collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate asset needs, and will act as a champion for the in-house digital asset management system (Brandfolder). Over time, this manager will increasingly manage design of TCG marketing pieces.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of employees producing TCG assets for both print and digital use.
  • Assign projects and tasks to direct reports.
  • Lead other teams in planning and consolidating TCG marketing asset needs to prevent redundancy and increase efficient production of assets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders who utilize marketing assets for various uses, field questions and requests for digital, e-commerce and print media requirements.
  • Manage projects with multiple deliverables in a timely fashion and ensure all deadlines are met across teams and key stakeholders.
  • Work with team to document processes with lens toward continuous improvement and innovation
  • Maintain organized structure of digital asset management (DAM) system and provide new user training and support.
  • Ensures accurate representation of company logo and brand name.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What you’ll bring

  • Six+ (6+) years of relevant professional experience, plus one (1) year of management experience.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Expertise in creative management.
  • Functional proficienty in graphic design.
  • Expertise in image editing.
  • Comfortable with project management administration.
  • Familiar with layout design.
  • Proficient use of graphic design software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
