Job Title: Business Process Analyst (12-Months Fixed Term Contract)
Job Summary: Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to operational workflows to enhance efficiency and align processes with Automated Retail's goals, specifically by identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement. This role primarily will develop and maintain processes needed to ensure that all Automated Retail vending machines are validated and provide visibility to stakeholders before installation.

What you’ll do
Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes by gathering data, mapping workflows, and identifying areas for improvement through techniques like process mapping and flowcharting using software applications such as Miro.
Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develops project plans, communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes and identify areas for further optimization.
Collaborate with various teams such as Sales Operations and Network Operations to gather information and implement changes. These teams require symmetry to ensure a vending machine is installed at the right place at the right time.
Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders primarily using Tableau dashboards.
Design and implement new processes, procedures, and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in location planning, business license and tax reporting.
Maintain process and data integrity in AirTable.
What you’ll bring
Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
Strong analytical abilities to identify patterns, root causes, and potential areas for improvement in complex business processes.
Proficiency in using process mapping tools to visually represent business workflows and identify bottlenecks.
Familiarity with relevant software tools like Miro, Tableau, AirTable and project management software.
Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and are able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong oral and written communications capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $78,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year. The full range is $78,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
