We are looking for a Production Engineer with a strong customer focus for a AAA title. The Production Engineer will assist in developing studio-wide processes. Workflow and iteration speed are of high priority to our studio, and a successful candidate will have a meaningful impact on the production of the game. In this role, you will work with everyone in the studio to deliver the best game possible and improve developer quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Support the establishment and development of a production engineering team by executing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Assist in implementing workflows and processes as directed by team leads.
Provide desk-side support to content creators, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow, especially during tight deadlines.
Advocate for content creators within the Engineering organization by conveying their needs and providing short-term fixes as necessary.
Document new knowledge and develop an understanding of the various systems involved in game development at That's No Moon.
Address and solve unexpected and challenging problems in collaboration with team members.
Test and verify usability of in-development workflows, providing feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement game content as per established guidelines.
Maintain comprehensive documentation on proprietary tool sets and workflows.
Requirements & Skills:

Strong communication abilities for engaging with technical and non-technical colleagues.
(Bonus) Proficiency in source control software, particularly Perforce.
(Bonus) Experience with Unreal Engine.
(Bonus) Background in scripting, object-oriented programming, or similar.
(Bonus) Previous teaching or customer service experience, especially in technical support.
(Bonus) Understanding of end user UR or UX best practices.

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.
The estimated base pay range for this role is: $88,000 - $114,000
