Job Description:

  • Conduct talent market analysis based on the corporate-level globalization plan and offer forward-looking references to hiring managers and recruitment teams.
  • Participate in recruitment system construction and support related operational work in Singapore.
  • Execute hires of Europe and participate in the design and execution of global talent events that are focused on experienced hiring.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Ability to use English as working language. Candidates with study or work experience globally are preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analyzing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
  • Master knowledge about interview methods and be familiar with human resources industry. Candidates with work experience in global recruitment are preferred.
  • Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability. Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns.
