As a Talent Coordinator, you will oversee a diverse roster of talent, including professional esports participants, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Your role will be pivotal in managing talent during events and activations, ensuring each person receives the necessary assistance and guidance to deliver exceptional experiences. Essential aspects of the role include fostering positive relationships with talent and educating them on brand development aligned with Team Liquid's mission, vision, and values. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop campaign strategies, streamline processes, and ensure brand compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage an assigned roster of talent, including professional esports participants, content creators, and brand ambassadors
Provide assistance and guidance during events and activations, ensuring each talent receives adequate guidance
Build and maintain positive relationships with talent
Educate talent to ensure their brand development aligns with Team Liquid's mission, vision, and values
Monitor talent growth and facilitate mutual brand growth between Team Liquid and talent
Assist sales and marketing teams in developing campaign strategies and optimizing scheduling and fulfillment
Field incoming requests, liaise for talent with internal and external parties, and ensure brand compliance
Track campaign contracts, terms, and deliverables for existing and incoming influencers
Create business proposals and manage budgets, lodging, and logistics for travel and events
Create or audit reports on content platforms and social media, assist with post-buy reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Intermittently partner with off-roster talent on campaigns and activations to broaden brand exposure
What You’ll Need:
Familiarity with key social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc., and basic digital marketing concepts
Ability to evaluate data and performance metrics of influence marketing campaigns to provide useful insights and recommendations for optimization
Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas for influence campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English

Experience in brand marketing and influencer marketing within an agency or brand environment

Experience in dealing with talents or influencers in any marketing campaign
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
