The Challenge

The T2 Marketing Innovation and Technology (MIT) team works in close collaboration with the label’s (2K, Zynga and Rockstar Games) Central Technology, Data Engineering, and Marketing teams, leading and supporting the underlying technology stack used to enhance Marketing capabilities and improve player experience.

The Technical Project Manager will partner with all areas of the MIT team as well as label stakeholders across related functions on the execution and delivery of large-scale projects and cross-team operations.

The role will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams across the business on delivering products, services and features crucial for the continued commercial success of the T2 business to the highest quality standards.

The role requires a highly collaborative approach and ability to learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment. There is a great deal of opportunity to not only provide critical support on high impact projects, but to influence the way we manage projects as a team.

What You’ll Take On

  • Project Management Execution - Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to delivery and application

    • Manage and prioritize work. Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones. Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues that may arise.

  • Project Management Thought Leadership - Act as the MIT team expert on matters of project management, with a focus on continuous improvement of project management practices and collateral

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with teams across the business to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements

    • Facilitate communication among various teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Relationship Management and Stakeholder Communication - Regularly communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the business

    • Provide transparency and visibility into project progress

  • Planning and Prioritization - Work closely with both senior leadership and functional teams to prioritize cross-functional requirements, identify dependencies, and manage strategic roadmaps for projects accordingly

What You Bring

  • Self-Starter and quick learner with the confidence and ability to tackle new initiatives, as well as challenge the status quo by bringing fresh eyes to the table

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple interdisciplinary projects simultaneously

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both within the team and with cross-functional partners

  • Able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business and enforce accountability across teams and levels

  • Ability to communicate complex business initiatives with with diverse stakeholder groups

  • Highly organized effective multi-tasker, with demonstrated attention to detail

  • Technical knowledge and/or interest in data processing, marketing technology platforms and tools, product compliance, data science and analytics

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience with project management and communication tools including:

    • Jira (critical)

    • Confluence

    • Slack
