T1 Entertainment & Sports is hiring a Content Producer to add to their Los Angeles-based team in a full-time capacity. The Content Producer will work with T1’s content, sales, and creative departments, to ensure production goals are executed.

A hybrid producer/editor, the ideal candidate will be a videographer with strong knowledge of the esports industry, T1’s brand, and multiple forms of live production. This person is a resourceful storyteller who shares and encourages the team to think beyond the joysticks.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Executive Producer, executes T1 campaigns from project conception through post-production.
• Manage T1 video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for T1 pro players, content creators, and original projects.
• Define editorial calendar through 2021
• Deliver high-quality T1 content on time and within budget
• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients. Supervise internal T1 staff and additional freelancers during video production.
• Liaison with players and competitive staff on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of digital media production, field production or closely related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production or closely related discipline
• Experience with streaming platforms including Zoom, Twitch, etc
• Portfolio of work required
