The Super League Gaming creative and TV teams are seeking a part-time production coordinator to work on site in our Santa Monica, CA offices. We’re looking for a detailed oriented go-getter who can work well with minimal direction. As this role will assist with multiple departments, being able to multitask and see the bigger picture is extremely important.

You will:

Report to the Production Manager and Development Producer to assist in both our creative and broadcast departments.
Track assets and materials throughout the pipeline: ingestion, in work, feedback, and delivery.
Assist with the ordering and tracking of printed materials for events.
Research upcoming gaming events from multiple sources and organizations.
Enter data for upcoming gaming events.
Enter and maintain tracking data for creative and broadcast assets.
Schedule meetings and take notes as needed.

Familiar with WordPress, production tracking software, and Adobe Creative Suite
A flexible multitasker
A self-starter
An excellent communicator
A researcher who can think critically
