Developer Relations Manager

Sumo Digital is currently working to find a Developer Relations Manager to manage technical evaluation of potential partners, to establish resource requirements of partners, to lead on best practice implementation for our titles.

Within your new role your key responsibilities will be:

• Potential Developer/Project evaluations, technical checks and balances on potential projects
• Ensure any technical requirements are covered in project terms
• Establish Best Practice guidelines for our titles
• Assess project bug reports
• Assess release candidate and approve completion of projects
• Fully understand partner platform requirements and improvements
• Establish Milestones, KPI and follow ups per project
• Build Developer Directory
• Recommend QA Budget
• Assess Dev Budget plan per project
• Implement accessibility recommendations and guidelines
• Establish Game asset delivery for internal teams

Your secondary responsibilities will be:

• Discovery of new content opportunities
• Assist in KPI setting for potential projects
• Assist in recommendations for Localization of Project
• Understand Game Engine License costs
• Understand additional License costs
• Advise on project lifecycle management opportunities
• Follow up on Customer bug reports & Gameplay feedback
• Sanity Check marketing and commercial plans

To be successful you will:

• 5 years PC QA, Cert, Dev or experience
• Back to front knowledge of Steam
• Experience working in the videogames industry
• Project Management focus
• Effective verbal and written communicator
• Various experiences of published titles across multiple platforms and toolsets
