About 10 years ago, we set out with the mission to create immersive experiences for girls all around the globe. Today, our game Star Stable Online is one of the most popular MMOs in the world, and we continuously deliver unforgettable experiences to countless players. Would you like to help us deliver more magic to the Jorvik world?

Then join us as a Game Producer (Content)

In Star Stable Online, the player might choose to team up with the soul riders to fight evil, or maybe they rather take a trip to the beach with their riding club and four-legged best friend. It's up to them. We want our players to ride into an exciting world where they create their own adventures. And this is where you come in.

As a Game Producer, you help us continue to add engaging adventures to the game world by providing the short and mid-term vision and goals for our content team, contributing to the overall roadmap and release plans for Star Stable Online. You manage the priorities and facilitate decision-making within the team. You are accountable for delivery, continuously owning and mitigating potential risks.

At Star Stable Entertainment, we aspire to embrace different perspectives and support each other, so we expect you to foster cross-functional ways of working, a great communication flow, and that you will proactively manage an environment where a strong, healthy team can thrive.

Oh, and did we mention that the business overall is growing a lot right now too? Your team might need to grow as well, and we want you to identify staffing needs and support in the recruitments of new team members.

Do you like what you're reading so far?

We believe that the profile we are on the lookout for has several years of experience as a project manager, games producer, development director, agile delivery lead, or similar.

As a Game Producer, you need to understand both player and business needs, with an ability to navigate qualitative and quantitative data and ensure that the team also has those insights. Experience from the industry is a must. Maybe you have previously worked as a 3D Artist, Environmental Artist, Animator, or Games Designer yourself too.

We will need you to also be really good at continuously improving workflows and collaboration in teams. We need someone who can drive change management and support others through change. We want to pave new ways and allow ourselves to experiment.

Did we just describe your dream job? This is what we can offer you:
