Job Summary:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner with end to end recruitment experience to join the HR team in our London Office. London is the European Corporate HQ for Square Enix and teams here support the business across a wide range of functions including; Game Development, Web Development, QA Testing, Game Localisation, Manufacturing, Export and Distribution, Mobile Game Development, Community, Performance Marketing, PR, Finance, Analytics, Legal and probably a few others too.

For assigned vacancies you will be accountable for the end to end recruitment process including all associated admin, Hiring Manager and candidate comms.

Our ideal candidate will be organised, approachable, comfortable with change and working in a diverse fast-paced environment. You should have significant experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates and be able to use a variety of sources to fill your vacancies (ie social media networks and employee referrals). Your key responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires and promotes the best Talent.

Key Deliverables:

Sourcing

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and adverts
  • Advertise opportunities on appropriate channels
  • Source candidates using specialist resourcing methods
  • End to end ownership from screening, to shortlist through interview to offer stage for assigned vacancies
  • Regular reporting on status to Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Own and develop referral programmes
  • Support with early careers and work experience initiatives

Candidate experience

  • Deliver a top notch service led approach to all hiring activity
  • Our candidates are our customers; delivering a process to ensure they stay gaming with us and loving our brand
  • Influencing managers by championing Talent Acquisition best practice
  • Use candidate NPS as driver for continual improvement
  • Liaise with HR Team to ensure
  • Working with Talent Acquisition Lead to establish strong Employer Brand
  • Develop early careers and work experience initiatives

Project work

  • Identify process improvements to improve productivity

Knowledge & Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience working in a busy environment / managing multiple open vacancies
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Can respond to changing priorities and the unexpected
  • Service driven ethic
  • Experience in adapting communication tone and style to audience

Desirable:

  • Significant experience in a sourcing role
  • Experience of researching and drafting job descriptions
  • Has used “Workable” or “Workday” platforms
  • Experience hosting and representing at recruitment events
  • Understanding of impact of GDPR on recruitment processes
