Responsibilities
Team position which assumes working with Lead Game Designer and Producer on major design decisions for the game
Own, drive and communicate the game vision with a big emphasis on game systems design, progression and balancing
Work closely and unify all other disciplines: engineers, artists and producers to design, tune and implement various game design directions
Lead complex, challenging, impactful game aspects with minimal oversight
Write proposals for major systems, new game modes and other large design initiatives
Own and hold playtest/brainstorming sessions
Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust design or balance the game if necessary
Contribute to prototyping, game balancing and gameplay tuning
Requirements
Must have experience in Game Design for first/ third person shooter games
Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience with at least 1 title shipped as a game designer
Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 4 & Unreal 5
A fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically
Analytical mind, you have to love the numbers and know how to play with them
Strong creative skills
Excellent organization and communication skills
Familiar with project management methodologies and software
Passionate gamer, with a strong passion for games in general
Proficiency in English ( both verbal, written and technical )
