  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple gamedev and non-gamedev roles, which includes job posting, sourcing candidates from multiple channels, contacting and coordinating candidates, offering candidates, etc.;

  • Support recruitment team and hiring managers to design recruitment and hiring strategy;

  • Take care of candidate experience and relations with Hiring and Senior management – we work hand in hand with business on a daily basis;

  • Report about recruitment progress and monitor market trends and salaries level;

  • Help to drive HR brand projects: partnership with Universities, Internship projects, gamedev and IT conferences;

  • Drive newcomers adaptation and onboarding process.


  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment in IT, gamedev recruitment is a plus;

  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques;

  • Good knowledge of the labor code;

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects;

  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Strong organisation skills, attention to details;

  • Native Serbian;

  • Advanced English.
