Responsibilities

  • The primary role of the IT Site Manager is to arrange IT support and development services for a studio / a set of studios across a country

  • Manages local team of service engineers (Helpdesk) and IT Generalists/Sysadmins

  • Mentors and cultivates engineers, setting high standards and behavioral examples to them

  • Works in close contact with the internal business customer (Studio Head). Establishing and supporting high level of trust relations with the internal clients and PMO/production teams

  • Collaborates with other IT Site Managers and IT Development Team

  • Collaborates with Keywords Security Team to ensure implementation of necessary security controls on site and remediation of vulnerabilities and security risks

  • Responsible for the related studio(s) physical security systems maintenance

  • Responsible for IT service level across the studios within country

  • Defines IT performance metrics for appropriate site

  • Ensures efficient IT vendor management at the related studio(s) level

  • Measures, evaluates and reports the performance of local IT teams

  • Arranges asset management and IT tools delivery for employees

  • Contributes to the company’s on-going process improvement

  • Participates directly in the hiring for IT Team

  • Creation of regular reports to IT and Studio Management

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years experience in IT area (customer support + infrastructure management)

  • Manager/team lead experience or relevant education

  • Good knowledge of ITIL metrics

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Confident in business-level English
