We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Administrator to work with the HR Director to align our HR initiatives and tasks with business objectives and needs.

The HR Administrator will support our Human Resources department acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners in our Studio in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Support employees with the immigration processes and documents (Visa, working permit etc.)

  • Onboard and integrate new employees into the Studio according to local rules and policies

  • Organize and maintain personnel records

  • Update databases (e.g. ENOVA)

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

  • Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance

  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

  • Provide the relevant employee information to the external payroll partner (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Participate in HR projects

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience as as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company

  • Advanced knowledge of local labor law

  • Strong knowledge of immigration law (visa and working permits)

  • Excellent English both written and verbal

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular)

  • Experience with HR software, like ENOVA or Optima
