Job Description

We are hiring! Socialpoint is looking for a 2D Spine Animator to join our centralised Art team. Your mission is to support our various internal game teams by creating visually pleasing animations.

Role Responsibilities

Design and create visually pleasing animations for a variety of projects in Socialpoint.
Maintain a consistent animation style with the project working hand in hand with the animation team, the lead artist and the art director.
Implement your animations and make sure they are consistent and game ready, along with making any needed fixes to keep assets consistent and game ready.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

High level of English, both written and spoken (English is our official language!
2+ years of animation experience in video games.
Excellent knowledge of Spine animation and rigging.
Good level with Adobe Flash.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
3/4 years experience in 2D art and animation in any field.
Strong artistic background, ability to review art assets.
Highly organized and able to communicate with several departments on a daily basis.
Ability to solve problems creatively and quickly.
Positive attitude, great communication and team working skills.
A big passion for games.
An excellent eye for detail.
