What type of tasks (work) will the person be doing?
- Build, plan, execute and implement offers, events, cosmetic content, and other live content
- Provide live service excellence to our players
- Collaborate with PMs, Content Designers, QV, marketing, production, and other LiveOps Coordinators to ensure that our content releases, event pacing and communication meet the highest standards
- Review and suggest implementation optimizations by combining expert knowledge of the gameโs content with understanding of playersโ engagement and spend drivers
- Handling TIDs and localization
- Configuration of live events
- Detailed documentation of events and campaigns
- Communication with PMs, Designers, DDs, artists and the rest of the team
Requirements
Skills
- Attention to detail & highly organized
- Problem-solving - be able to quickly address issues that arise during live configurations and coordinate solutions across multiple disciplines
- Result Driven - comfortable with fast-paced environments and able to learn new tools or processes quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about games, what keeps players engaged, and what causes them to spend
- A keen interest in F2P games, or a willingness to get familiar with the space

Experience
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a QA Engineer/Tester or as a Game Producer with LiveOps experience
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Knowledge or willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Excel
