About Shikenso:

As the first German start-up of its kind, the IT company Shikenso GmbH processes the analysis of media values in live broadcasts in the Esports & Gaming industry with a specially developed artificial intelligence. Among other things, the data allows conclusions to be drawn about the performance and success of sponsorship campaigns and serves to improve and prevent errors.

In 2019, sponsorship and advertising will account for $650 million (60%) of the Esports industry's revenue. The rapid growth in this space demands data-driven solutions to drive the professionalisation of Esports. A mission that we at Shikenso have had since our founding in 2017 and have been driving forward ever since.

On our way to becoming the leading data provider in the Esports industry, we are looking for a full-time sales executive (m/w/d) to strengthen our B2B sales team in Frankfurt am Main at the earliest possible date.

Your position:

As a link between our company and our addressed sales market, you will play a central role in achieving the company's goals and will benefit from a highly motivated team, very close cooperation within the commercial team, competitive salary and a workplace in the heart of Frankfurt!

Your tasks:

  • You generate new leads and sales opportunities using a variety of tools: events, exhibitions, social media, online communication, webinars and personal research.
  • You proactively and purposefully contact Esports & Gaming stakeholders in the global space and convince them of our analytical solutions.
  • You successfully lead potential customers from the first conversation to the conclusion of a contract and are responsible for the entire sales process.
  • You identify the right contacts in the company, understand their problems and demonstrate customer-specific solutions using our technology.
  • You critically examine existing sales processes and help develop new sales strategies.

Your Skills:

  • You have proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
  • You are fluent in English at a business level.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Your good negotiation and problem solving skills support you in your daily work.
  • You bring a comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • You are proficient with technology and have an eye for analytical processes.
  • You perform at your best in a team environment and are always willing to help.
  • You have a pragmatic mindset, are inquisitive, self-starter and always determined to get things done.
