Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 300,000 users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

Being a digitally-native brand, we thrive in the online and social media space—and this is where you come in. You will be joining a world-class marketing communications team responsible for our globally-distributed branded content, which generates 1-2 million daily impressions on our social media alone. Your key responsibility will be knowing, engaging with and driving the brand’s audience and community across all our social media platforms.

This role will also require you to craft, manage and execute our branded content with utmost thought and precision. This includes collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9 as well as international esports organisers Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Finally, you will play a key part in enhancing the Secretlab brand’s awareness, designing, building and maintaining our communications efforts, while keeping in sync with the brand’s positioning.

Your key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Interact with the brand’s community and craft responses across all our social channels
  • Strategise, build and craft branded content, as well as product and website copy, for our communications platforms—such as social media, direct email communications, website, blog and other online platforms.
  • Support our product launches, co-branded events and company announcements.
  • Support the wider Communications Team in any communications-related outreach
  • Research and report on resources to optimize performance and emerging social media platforms and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Masscom, Marcomm, or any relevant course of study
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, however, candidates with an excellent record in a relevant internship may be considered.
  • Exceptional proficiency in your written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of all priority social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin, and live streaming sites such as Twitch
  • Strong marketing fundamentals, with a flair for subtle sales copy: Are you able to wow an audience with the story of our brand and the success of our products?
  • A tactical mind in marketing/copywriting
  • Up-to-date with social media platforms, knowledgeable about current market trends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects
  • A perfectionist at heart with attention to detail
