Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

You will be an integral member of our Global Operations Team, and will operate as the key coordinator between the Finance and Logistic departments. The incumbent should adopt a process-driven and disciplined approach, in order to optimize the gateway process and make decisions through critical thinking.

This role is essential to supporting the global financial operations of Secretlab and its collaborative programs with world-renowned brands, including Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

  • Key coordinator across Global Operations team members on inventory and billing matters
  • Reviewing monthly stock reconciliations
  • Handle all the inventory reconciliation and 3PL costing issue
  • Consistently scrutinize and challenge variances and costing discrepancy as needed.
  • Analyse a broad range of data (inventory levels, delivery periods & cost, efficiency) to optimize Secretlab’s supply chain and provide key internal stakeholders with meaningful information for decision making.
  • Develop and maintain complex data sets, using intermediate-advanced functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.) or Business Intelligence tools to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations for key business leaders.
  • Provide Finance with a monthly inventory reconciliation report
  • Preparation of forecasting & KPI reports to be presented to the Head of Global Operations and Group Financial Controller
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business. A background in Finance & Accounting/ Logistics may be advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with exposure to both Finance and Logistics functions
  • High familiarity working with ERP systems, experience with Netsuite is preferred
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, with an intermediate to advanced proficiency in GSheets/ Excel
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in high pressure environments
  • Systematic and meticulous with a strong work ethic. Getting your documentation perfect should give you a sense of satisfaction.
  • Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
