The Roadmap Team is looking for a talented product leader to take this world-renowned, top grossing franchise to the next level by developing new, best-in-class features and building gameplay experiences that are compelling, appealing, and inherently social.

We are searching for an exceptional Sr. Product Manager that will help define, manage, and execute the game vision for The Walking Dead: Road to Survival. As an accomplished product thinker, this person will lead the creation of features with cross functional teams culminating in genre defining outcomes for engagement and monetization metrics.

What you will do:

  • Be a part of the Product Roadmap Team defining the long term vision of the game and feature roadmap. Prioritize a roadmap with parallel, often competing KPI impacting deliverables. Work with your leadership team to hit aggressive targets to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
  • Have a CEO-like mindset and own every aspect of tentpole features releases that achieve KPI goals set by you and the Product Team. You will lead cross-functional partners such as game designers, UX designers and artists to deliver a polished product that meets the product’s vision. See feature development through from concept to launch, from post launch analysis to ongoing optimization
  • Lead multiple development pods (including frontend engineers, backend engineers, and producers) to deliver best in class features that achieve KPI goals set by you and the Product Team
  • Collaborate with performance PMs and analysts to identify opportunities with existing systems. You leverage player feedback and game data to inform roadmap and feature design solutions
  • Conduct competitive market research to identify future opportunities and feature best practices
  • Own ongoing product wide initiatives and projects based on product team needs
  • Help identify inefficiencies and provide long term solutions in our feature development process and live operation process & tooling to further drive operational excellence

What you will need:

  • Must be passionate about games & excited about working on F2P mobile games,
  • You have the aptitude and ability to manage a complex ecosystem with players in different life cycles and spend propensity
  • Experience & Qualification: 2+ years of experience in product management or game design, preferably F2P mobile games or other consumer facing products
  • Hard & Soft Skills:
  • communication: good verbal & written communication skills. Able to articulate the “why” instead of just the “how” and “what” to drive team wide alignment on product vision
  • project management: able to deploy resource where it has the highest impact, understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks from afar, manage people's expectation & maintain high quality of deliverables
  • Design: Able to create & design experience that shapes positive player behavior
  • Quantitative capability: intermediate business statistics knowledge, know when to use and not to use data, able to translate product problems to analytics problems, set expectations, have hypothesis, interpret data in a meaningful and actionable way, manipulate and visualize data in excel (sql is a plus)
  • Leadership: Engage and inspire team members to deliver the best quality product possible. Always make things happen
