We want you to join us as we are a team of passionate and highly collaborative hard surface artists with a lot of love to making great games. You’ll be helping us to create weapons and props for our recently announced project Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.

You will have the opportunity to take artistic ownership of weapons and props art and use your vision, skill, knowledge and passion to push the game and its quality to new high standards.

As part of the weapons and props art team you will have the opportunity to grow into areas of specialism and take on ownership of key areas of production.

Covid-19 Hiring Update: We've transitioned to a work-from-home model and we're continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position, and once it’s safe to return to the office can either be completed from our London HQ, fully remotely or some combination of the two.

Responsibilities:

Create industry leading weapons and props assets that are technically efficient and meet high visual quality standards
Fully understand the workflow, pipeline and the requirements of the project and tooling.
Be comfortable communicating across departments and teams in a friendly and open manner
Continuously improve your skills and help others grow as well
Collaborate with the team and other departments on improving the pipelines, workflows and art quality

Requirements:

Portfolio demonstrating strong artistic abilities
Be a positive, active, and contributing team member
Proficient at modelling hard surface assets
Ability to create assets based on the concept provided
Able to work independently, prioritise and deliver to production schedules

Bonus Points:

Experience with Unreal Engine 4
Understanding of mechanical engineering, functionality, and design of firearms
Strong technical skills and understanding of modern game art pipelines and methodologies
Feeling comfortable modelling organic objects
A passion for playing and developing exceptional games
Experience with a full project cycle, working within technical budgets and experience of optimisation and bug fixing
To be proactive and helpful with ad-hoc problem-solving
