Rockstar Games is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our growing Workplace Team. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

  • The Workplace Services team is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and programs work harmoniously to support the core business.

  • We create a supportive and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.

  • We manage and develop operational services and programs, including maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, mail services, space utilization, and strategy.

  • We ensure the studios comply with all relevant compliance and legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and provide excellent customer service to our 400+ NYC employees with direction from the Senior Workplace Manager.

  • Assign tasks to the Workplace Assistants via the internal ticketing system. Communicate with requestors within the tickets and close tickets as work is completed.

  • Serve as the escort for vendors and third-party partners when needed to ensure Rockstar’s security and confidential information.

  • Deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the Rockstar brand to life.

  • Completely own the New Hire Experience, including greeting new employees, providing key fobs, and offering the highest level of hospitality and professionalism to all employees.

  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve all customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and graciously.

  • Ensure the reception area and all supply areas are accurately displayed and show ready, including pantries.

  • Assist with setting up multiple catering orders by delivering a first-class presentation.

  • Help direct visiting employees and executives to workspaces and conference rooms, and book rooms under last-minute circumstances.

  • Respond to and follow up on all incoming emails, direct messages, and cases through our internal work order system in a timely efficient manner.

  • Sign for and receive mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Log in to mail ticketing system (Envoy packages), notify/distribute to employees. Maintain a clean and organized mail room.

  • Report any missing or defective badges to our Workplace Systems Coordinator.

  • Creatively support Rockstar’s efforts to extend its unique company culture by promoting and getting involved with inclusive company initiatives.

  • This is considered a “business-critical” role, and as such requires you to be in the office 5 business days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have 1–3 years’ experience in Workplace Services in a high-touch work environment.

  • Can operate standard office equipment such as scanners and printers.

  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a genuinely warm, gracious, and professional demeanor in all interactions.

SKILLS

  • Ability to thrive and be flexible in a constantly growing and changing fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is preferred.

  • Be constantly aware of your surroundings and proactively offer assistance when needed.

  • Be willing/able to learn and use our internal Rockstar software applications and tools (Slack, etc.)

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter: handles self with minimal direction and is pro-active.

  • Able to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.

  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, and organized with attention to detail.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

$55,000 - $65,000 USD
