Rockstar India is on the lookout for Workplace Assistant. This is a full-time permanent position with varying shift times, based out of Rockstar’s game development studio in Bangalore, India.


  • The Rockstar Workplace Services Team (WPS) is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.

  • We create a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.

  • We manage and develop both hard and soft facilities services, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, and space utilization and strategy.

  • We ensure the site complies with all relevant guidance and legislation.

  • We partner with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies, leasehold improvement, and capital expenditure projects.


  • Responsible for monitoring and supervision of workplace contracts and services such as janitorial, pantry, cafeteria, and snacks arrangements.

  • Coordinating with various shift supervisors such as housekeeping, pantry services team.

  • Ensuring issues are proactively found, allocated, prioritized, and fixed with efficiency.

  • Ensuring the daily roster is being prepared and monitored.

  • Support for internal stakeholders’ requirements such as snacks arrangements, replenishment of coffee beverages throughout the day (24/7), upkeep of pantry operations.

  • Monitor and supervise overall housekeeping services.

  • Create daily and weekly report shared to the line manager.

  • Ensuring, all tasks are handled within the allocated budget.

  • Ensuring across all the tasks are aligned and executed as per Legal and statutory requirements as well as safety and sanitary regulations.

  • Ensure the effective documentation and development of building and facilities information.

  • Management of helpdesk system, like allocate/respond effectively.

  • Support 24x7 coverage in rotational shift.


  • Relevant degree to the role or similar related field.

  • At lease 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant role.

  • Experience in overall facilities/workplace stream, and work experience in IT/ITES is must.


  • Good tracking and asset management skills must.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Sound numerical and customer service skills.

  • Problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Flexibility to handle changing tasks and priorities on a daily or hourly basis.

  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment and to address employee concerns in a pleasant, courteous manner.

  • Flexible to work on weekend or night or various shift timings.
