Rockstar North is on the lookout for a Production Coordinator to join our Animation team and assist in making some of the most highly respected and widely recognized AAA titles in video games. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in Edinburgh.

WHAT WE DO
The Animation production team is responsible for the coordination of features and deliverables for animation across our global teams.
The Animation teams create gameplay mechanics, cinematics, and ambient content that are used to make immersive experiences.
We collaborate with animators, leads and directors to schedule, track, and complete team goals.
We help identify potential issues, doing what we can to resolve them before they impact our development teams.
We help build a diverse, inclusive, engaged, and fun working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating with development teams and gathering information required for Animation deliverables.
Planning and helping to execute the team’s priorities, deadlines, and features.
Using our internal project tracking tools to track deliverables for Animation.
Ensure key dates are understood by the team and communicated to others.
Collaboratively identify production issues and work to develop solutions with fellow team members.
Conduct meetings and take detailed notes to provide to related parties.
Creating and maintaining documentation relevant to Animation.
Willingness to offset hours on occasion to connect with international teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in production, project management, or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Proven written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational, and multi-tasking abilities.
An aptitude for working in a deadline-focused team environment.
Pro-active, self-motivated and adaptable.
Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
Experience managing web content. e.g., wikis, dashboards.
Data management skills.
Ability to present information in clear and concise ways.
