Rockstar Games is seeking a Marketing Manager to provide overall support to the marketing team based in France. 

This is a full-time position based out of Take-Two Interactive France in Paris.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report and work closely with the local Publishing Director to plan and execute AAA marketing strategies and campaign executions for allocated product.

  • Develop and execute high- impact, innovative media strategies, placements, and solutions in the marketplace.

  • To accurately position Rockstar Games products in the marketplace, identifying key market segments and providing relevant reports and analyses (competitor analyses, risk analyses, etc.).

  • Manage media planning, briefing, and execution of the local media agency.

  • Manage the product lifecycle. Conduct post-launch sales reviews and re-promotion strategies to ensure Rockstar Games products meet or exceed the set targets.

  • Liaise with the Rockstar Games International Marketing Team based in London to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.

  • Work closely with Sales department to provide the best possible support; including asset creation, supplying product information and game demonstrations to retail buyers when required for French and Benelux Markets.

  • Forge a close relationship with the local Communications team to ensure the local marketing and Communications plans are linked effectively and are complementary.

  • Support the Communications team with game demos and day-to-day business.

  • Manage and control third- party suppliers and agencies where required.

  • Ad hoc contributions when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in consumer marketing, preferably interactive entertainment.

SKILLS

  • Strong desire to learn and develop expertise for our products.

  • A collaborative ethos, able to work on multiple projects over extended periods, both in-person and on a remote basis.

  • Understanding all aspects of marketing including, market research, positioning, pricing, promotions, sales, and distribution.

  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in recording and reporting.

  • Oral and written communication in English and French.

  • Strong organisational ability.

  • Ability to assimilate and interpret data.

  • Presentation skills.

  • Team player with great people skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.

  • Pro-active and self-motivated. Good problem solver and able to work well under pressure.

  • Creative and passionate.

  • Fast learner able to pick-up on new technology and systems.
