Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.

At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.

A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

Connecting a billion people means inspiring millions of our users to create the right experiences to connect their communities. That’s what we try to do with our Creator Studio.

The Creator Studio is the tool millions of creators use to build all the experiences that our 70M DAU visit, play in and spend in. It is often the first tool a child might use to learn how to code or 3D model in, but is also used by larger teams that earn millions of dollars a month on Roblox. Studio is also the tool used to create all the models and accessories that can be found and bought on the Roblox Avatar marketplace.

We believe that anyone can create, and Studio is built for everyone from novices to pros. As a result we are on the cutting edge of using conversational and generative AI to help everyone learn to build experiences, avatars and accessories on Roblox.

As Sr. Director of Product for Roblox Studio, you will lead the vision and execution of our premier creation tool. You’ll help us craft a scalable UX that will invite creators from all backgrounds to build and earn on Roblox.

You Will:

  • Engage the most passionate creator community on the planet, understand and empathize with their needs, and help drive the improvements they need in long term, vision-aligned ways.

  • Invent new UI paradigms that integrate and blend AI assistive technology with traditional workflows to accelerate creation by anyone.

  • Write detailed product specifications that drive vision, alignment and execution

  • Run the development of projects from ideation, planning, to launch by working with engineering partners, UX designers, data science and product marketing.
