As the Director, Varsity Esports Program at Ritual Motion you will be part of a fast-paced startup in the esports and gaming industry with an opportunity to build out and manage the operation of our varsity esports programs and associated fundraising ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for all elements of the Varsity arm of the company including the sales process, onboarding new partners, managing the product platform and ongoing support for converted partners. You will be tasked with refining our message and offerings to prospects and communicating with partner organizations in the varsity space as well as esports clubs and teams at the middle school, high school and college level.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Drive new varsity partnerships with a strong sales approach to clubs, schools and organizations in the esports space
Responsible for recruitment/sales and onboarding of colleges, universities and schools
Manage and provide ongoing support for existing and future varsity partners
Work across departments to develop a smooth process to onboard new partners
Research new vendors and platforms that could help streamline or expand the existing program offerings
Maintain a pipeline of prospects with details of ongoing communications with partners
Devise a long term strategy for growing the varsity arm of the company and building on what has already been created
Work across departments to develop a promotional strategy to support and grow awareness for the varsity offerings
Compile weekly/monthly analytics reports for the varsity program and include insights and recommendations for improving results
Build a strong presence for Ritual Motion among the varsity esports industry and be a positive representative and voice for the brand

Required Skills and Abilities:

2+ years of previous experience in marketing, partnership management or digital sales
Deep experience with esports and gaming as a participant and viewer
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field
Deep understanding of varsity esports industry and key players in the field
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
